Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 14 days after your item is delivered to request a return.

Leather Covers (Final Sale)

Every leather cover is made to order in your chosen leather color, cord color, and number of spine cords. Because each cover is customized to your specific selections, all leather covers are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Gift cards do not expire and carry no service or inactivity fees.

Notebooks & Pens

Notebooks and pens can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging. Sign in to your account to submit a return request. If approved, you'll receive an email with return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order within 14 days of delivery. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us at hello@floramoonstationers.com with a photo of the item and we will make it right at no cost to you, including return shipping. This applies to all items we sell, including leather covers.

Vegetable-tanned leather comes from an animal, and slight variations in color or small markings are expected. Natural patina, minor creasing, and color development from regular use are also expected characteristics, not damage.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, return your original purchase (notebooks and pens only, within 14 days) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if it is approved.

Approved refunds are issued for the price of the items only, any shipping charges you paid at checkout are non-refundable. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days (your bank or payment provider may take longer to post it). If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, email hello@floramoonstationers.com.

Returns showing signs of use, or missing original packaging, will not be approved. We will notify you and offer to return the item at your expense. If we do not hear back or receive payment for return shipping within 30 days, the item will not be returned.
